I try to create a simple web service in C#, returning just a HelloWorld string, in XML format (also tried JSON). I get a JS error:
"Error detected while processing Ajax response handler "handleWsDatapickerResponse". cause: oAction is undefined)"
I guess I did everything as described in http://up-download.de/up/docs/intrexx-manuals/7000/en/webservices.pdf
Shortly, I have registered the webservice, created a button calling this web service, and placed an edit box, to show the return value.
I have really no idea why the error occures, if someone could help, I would be really helpful.
My C# code:
[WebService(Namespace = "http://server/ws_report/")]
[WebServiceBinding(ConformsTo = WsiProfiles.BasicProfile1_1)]
public class webService_REPORT : System.Web.Services.WebService
[ScriptMethod(ResponseFormat = ResponseFormat.Xml)]
public string detlef()

Have you tried calling your Webservice via the Browser just to see if it's there?

yes, and it works. url?wsdl also. When registerint the webservice unser Intrexx, it finds all the objects, retvals, functions, I can connect the retval with the edit field, that's why I don't really know what I'm missing.
